The simple answer is yes. Just ensure to use the correct prima onto your ceramics and that the ceramics are well bonded.

No underlay will be needed. Just get your floors as flat as possible and use a good quality adhesive such as Sikabond T52FC.

The moisture content of the board needs to be less than 7% and as a rule of thumb you should always stick or mechanically fix (nail) solid wood planks as they tend to move a bit.
