I've been asked to estimate the insulation of above ground mdpe (blue) pipe. It's to protect against UV damage, and has to follow the byelaws (Scotland). Information I requested from scottish water was just basic leaflets. Any ideas what type/thickness of insulation I should be looking for. Thanks.
