What baxi is it? Does the flue go through the wall or is it an open flue that goes up into a chimney or through the roof? If its the open flue then to rule out the possibility of fumes spilling into the room and tripping the spillage detector i would urge you to get it checked out sooner rather than...

Hi, could you check the temperature where the stat is? If its about 25 then it would seem to be ok but in the wrong location. If this is a new installation cant you ask the installer to come and check it for you.

Hello again, it may be worth talking to Ferroli or even the installer if you can. Personally I would make more use of the timer and maybe not leave it on constant. I wouldnt want my bathroom rads on 24/7 either. Im pretty sure you could keep the house warm even if it was timed to shut down at night....

This is a tricky 1. I might be way off here but I think the stats controlling your 4 zones are only controlling the zones and not the boiler. The boiler is only controlled by firstly the timer being on constant then its own stat. So if all the zones are satisfied they close and the boiler continues ...

Hi, im no expert on the best boiler to get or wether stainless steel is any better than alluminium BUT we tend to fit Glow Worm boilers as our first choice. The reasons are they are easy to install, easy to set up, they were voted best buy in the which equivilent, they are reliable-most important as...

Hi, when you go away you wont do any harm leaving the heating on continuos and the room thermostat left on 10 or just below. If you were to go away for a few months or so then i would suggest draining the whole system, but for just a few days you should be fine. Another tip if you are going away in ...

Right, from what i can make out you have a sealed ch system on a standard cylinder (not unvented). I think the coil in the cylinder has a hole in it. Thats where your ch pressure is going. Its going into the cylinder up into your tank and making it overflow. So you need a new cylinder.

Is it sorted yet? You need to get the flue seals checked. If condense is leaking from inner flue into outer flue (air intake) and into boiler it may be a bad or damaged seal, wouldnt be the first time.

The pump overrun is controlled by the boiler. It keeps the pump running for usally around 5/10 minutes after the boiler switches off to clear heat away from the boiler. Your best bet is get it checked over by an engineer.

Is there snow blocking the flue? check that first, then its most likely time to get it serviced again. The pilot sounds weak, it probably wants cleaning out. Maybe a dodgy thermocouple but usually if they go the pilot wont stay on at all. good luck

If your budget allows then new radiators are more efficient, they give out more heat and quicker. It is recommended either way to have thermostatic radiator valves fitted to your old or new radiators. When your boiler is changed, the system should be powerflushed also to clean out any old dirt/sludg...

I would say get the flow rate checked against the boiler first. It is possible that it needs de-scaling but it may be gas rate is too low due to undersized gas supply pipe. A good engineer could check all that on a service.

Has it always done this since it was installed. If so it could be wired up wrong. If not its probably the pump overrun faulty.

Have you checked if the pressure gauge goes right up above 3bars before it loses all its pressure. It may be the expansion vessel.
