We removed a radiator in bathroom.Had a problem with capping of the pipe so had to shut of the water system & drain tanks in the loft ( we have a oldish gravity system). Capped pipe of, turned water back on & now have nothing coming out of hot taps, up or downstairs.. there is water in tanks...
