Regarding the radiator,you should consult planning if you are connecting it to central heating.Electric radiator wouldnt matter though.

I agree with stoneyboy.Without seing the conservatory i can not say anything else really.The only other thing is that the foundations are not deep enough and the weight is tipping the conservatory.Small movements in the joint are quite common and nothing to worry about at all

Hi thanks for the pic.The manufacturers no longer exist.All I can suggest is to either replace all the guttering and brackets with new gutters or alternatively, if you have some on the conservatory which are okay you may be able to spread them out equally around the conservatory then put some screw ...

aztec will sell them direct to you i should imagine about £2 each but will be shut till early Jan.
Are they top hanging?
