I'll ask the suppliers but they say they have never seen this problem even though the units are measurably concave so will not accept we need new units. I understand they sometimes put the two pieces of glass together too quickly and it sags but this is usually only larger units. Also if temperature...

Thanks- that's what I thought. There are paintable frame sealants for inside use which makes it much easier to re-decorate.

Use of sailicone sealant on inside window frames

Why has my builder used silicone sealant on the inside of my PVCu window frames to seal reveals etc rather than a paintable one? I thought silicone sealant was only used outside as now when I want to re-emulsion I have difficulty getting a good edge.
