Ok thanks. My house now must be 100 percent bigger than what is was in 1948 though, so i'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi, I am thinking of adding a very small extension 1 storey extension to the back of my house. I do not live in a green belt etc, or in a listed building, but my property has been extended twice since 1948.
