High pressure tap on low pressure system

Hello again, I am thinking of fitting a pullout spray tap on our kitchen sink. the ones I have seen so far indicate that they should only be fitted to a high pressure system. As ours is low pressure (gravity fed hot water) what would happen if the kind of tap I mentioned above was fitted? I imagine ...

Hello there. We are up grading the insulation in our kitchen, and i would like to use Gyproc Super 50mm thermal plasterboard as a dry lining fastened straight to the existing walls.
