Hi Sian 3603, I work for Kingspan Direct. Another alternative to the wall insulation if you are wanting to insulate internally would be to use an insulated plasterboard fixed to a 25mm treated timber batten. Hi Tyke,

I work for Kingspan, its a common question we get asked, as a starting point for new elements in an extension, conversion & renovation 0.28W/m²K would be good. For refurbishment and retained elements this is slightly higher at 0.30W/m²K. Hope this helps.
