approved documenr part e sound resistance

In secrion 4 it gives details for sound proofing for matterial use of change. The flooring details require a resilient layer of 60/100 kgm3 and 2 floating layers. min 8mm thick. Has anyone used this method of sound proofing and what products can be used for this system.
