I purchased an art deco light fitting in Prague several years ago and wish to now put it into my home as a feature. I am in the process of getting quotes to re fit my central heating. One fitter has suggested using plastic pipes throughout - I have never heard of this previously and my understanding was that Copper pipe work was the norm. - Clearly he is the cheaper option.....not laways the wisest choice.
