with the high pressure will the 40mm waste be sufficient- what flow rate can a standard 40mm pipe take

can you tell me the easiest way to chase pipes into walls and do the pipes need to be protected once in. also the sink and bath wastes are boxed currently which is rather unsightly - is it acceptable to chase them into the wall before retiling cheers
