hi. is it true that foundations have to be 1 metre down ,and then the length and width have to be filled to the brim with concrete,or are they 1 metre down and a certain width wide and then the bricks are built on top.dont know whether to beleive my builder when he says the foundations will cost£20...

hi. i want to build a conservatory on the back of the house,have also reached the age when a downstairs loo is vital. i thought,i could take 3ft by 10ft,build a stud wall and a door and have a loo built inside.its only for me and hubby.the drain is on the side of the house. do we need plans and buil...
