Re: bathroom window leaking

No i think that can be the possibility. May be there is a gap left in the tiles thats why the leakage starts.

Unless you have been very accurate fixing the tiles using white will highlight any variation in tile spacing. Go for grey or dark grey.

I agree. The white will only make it look bad if not done properly. I would go for dark Grey.

Re: gutter blocked

You have to call up the cleaners. Really it depends upon cleaner to cleaner how much they would want to charge it. As you are saying the gutter is 5m long. I think maybe around 30.

Re: Blocking vent brick in bathroom

Well according to my experience it can give you trouble in future. So best way would be is not to close the vent. But close it with maybe a wire gauge. May be a picture would help.

Re: New kitchen tap

Just tell us the size of the pipe. There are connectors available in the market which can be used but it depends upon the size of the pipe.

Re: Bubbled paint

Now you have to remove the whole painted area if bubbles keeps on appearing. Just clean the wall and then paint fresh.

Re: convert an outbuilding into a bedroom

Looks like no one is interested in this question but any way i am going to give my advice. The single brick wall can be broken down to give a space to the room. Just hire architect to design the bedroom.
