hi neal drain system enough to allow removal of pressure vessel then fit equivalent size or larger [marked in litres] on the side fairly simple then vent any obvious vents you can see

hi bat if you use any pump the header tank will run out of water very quickly you need a mains pressure unvented cylinder £600-800 this will give mains pressure h/water all the best john

hi cookie anti gravity loops are just that. they prevent hot water gravitating upwards when no pump is on they should have a vent as good practice , I'm not sure what you mean by pressurization unit , all the best john

hi kinstowan if you have pressure drop on boiler then you have a leak in the system or pressure vessel, adding another p/vessel in addition to existing should not be needed if the system has worked in the past. check existing p/vessel is not full of water on the gas side it has schrader valve on gas...

hi isuui the flexi you show does not have rubber washer it is designed for 15mm copper tube with olive it is a compression fitting and does not need ptfe tape are you sure this the fitting you used from screwfix. all the best john
