Replacing my toilet bowl

Hi my downstairs toilet bowl has cracked from the bottom and needs replacing. I went to screwfix/wickes expecting to pay £30- 40, and they want nearly £200, just for the bowl!!! Why are they so much? I will be redoing it all next year so only need a cheap replacement, any ideas please?

Same problem, freezing air

Hi all. I have the same issue. I have 2 air bricks in the kitchen and it is like having the door open! We have a J & S warm air heating system, that has a flue that goes from the boiler through the loft to the open air. So question is do I still need these air bricks for safety?

Nearly all my upstairs taps drip, and i want to replace the washer in them to stop it, but is the only way to cut the feed to turn off the main stop cock, and then sun the hot...

Do i need to move boiler?

Hi, I am looking at fitting a conservatory to my house, but the boiler vent is right where the roof of it will sit, or will be inside the conservatory roof. Is there any way to fit the conservatory, without moving the boiler, such as a extended pipe work to vent it? Any ideas will be welcomed.
