Pipes in Wrong Place for New Towel Rail

Hi, i took out an old towel rail and the pipes were only 150mm apart. I now want to add another towel rail and don't want to drain the system down. Can i fit a bit of pipe from the valve to the towel rail from each end to bridge the 200mm gap each side. What fittings do i need to do this?

Cheers, N.
