Fitting Concrete Godfather or Concrete Spur

Hello,
I would like to know the benefits of using concrete to support godfather / concrete spur as opposed to using the garden stones and soil removed from the post hole.

under ground rain pipes blocked

We have just discovered that the pottery drains taking rain water are all blocked. The blockages appear to be caused by builders rubble ( including an open rusty stanley knife)( roof work was carried out a few years ago) soil and plant roots. Attempt to clear the blockages with drain rods and spiral...

Re: Drainage question

A plastic dustbin is sufficient, and has been in place for many years without any ' plastic ' problems. If you required a sturdier bin how about a wheelie bin, or water butt, you would have to dig much bigger holes for these, I do not know why you think the bin would only last a week.

Re: Drainage question

I do not know if this would help in your situation but you could try:- required plastic dustbin, water pump and energy. Dig a hole in the area that suffers the most, it needs to accommodate the dust bin, which after cutting holes in the sides is put in the hole, put the pump in the dust bin make a s...

The wall an English garden bond lacks mortar in the header rows, so much so a tape can be inserted a good eight inches, I guess the tape only stops as the e...
