How to Repair Stains and Cracks From Bathroom Leakage

Hello! Not sure where to post it but need help desperately. Our son turned on hot water in bathroom and water went all the way downstairs to the hall, now we have these ugly yellow spots and cracks. I don’t even know what to begin with and how to repair it, please help.

Vaillant 242E boiler ignition problem

Hello!
We have an old Vaillant GB 242E boiler - sometimes automatic ignition doesn't take place (once in spring this year, but twice today!), fault signalling lamp comes on. I press the flame failure reset button and the boiler starts working. What can be the problem?
