Thanks for the reply WB. The fact I can see the line of the steel inserts inside makes me believe there's not enough concrete to surround them. And I think therein lies the weakness. Could vibrations of the fence panel cause cracks in the concrete? Either the wind rattling them or the kids kicking t...

Possible Causes of Concrete Post Decay - Any Ideas?
