Is it Possible to Buy U-Bolts 4.75 Inches for Repairing Cracks in Concrete Posts?

I have a balcony near ground level and the outer edge is supported by 4.75" concrete posts 2 of which have a crack. I would like to apply a square u-bolt to each to prevent the cracks spreading.
Is it possible to buy bolts, ideally in stainless steel as I live by the sea.

Where Can I Buy Large Stainless Ubolts at Least 4.5 Inchs in Size

I live overlooking the sea and have a narrow balcony at floor level partly supported by 2 short reinforced concrete pillars which have each developed a crack.
