Skew screw it back from the underside of the handrail back to the half newel post. Can counterbore the hole then fill it in with 2 pack wood filler

Staircases with Quarter Landings at Bottom and Top for Loft Conversion

Hi, installing a staircase from first floor to loft within the next few weeks but unsure how to fix/support the quarter landing towards the top of the staircase. It's a staircase with a quarter landing at the bottom and a quarter landing at the top. I'm unsure if the trimmers at the top just pick it...
