Question about using Radkit Pro to Remove Radiators for Wallpapering

Hi I've bought a Radkit Pro, I need to wallpaper behind 2 rads. The instructions say to isolate the valves. Two questions! 1. which nut in the photo is the one to turn? 2. the other end has a thermostatic valve which, if I turn it off, will isolate that valve... is that correct? Many thanks! m
