What Lenght Screws for Hanging Southwold Hallway Coat Rack

I've bought the Southwold Hallway Coat Rack from Tesco which is hung using two keyhole fittings. The smallest end of the fitting is 4mm, indicating that I should use 8 gauge screws (presumably round head). The coat rack weighs 10 kg, so my question is what length screws would I need to securely fix ...

Thanks for the reply tileclipproman.

The cupboard will be rectangular, mainly used to hang coats etc with one or maybe two shelves above for suitcases.
Given the lack of room in the hall I am considering two doors and perhaps a top hinged single door for the upper section. Ceiling height is 8ft.
