I am re-decorating a bedroom and painting the walls in white emulsion over cream. Lining paper is already on all the walls. On covering over a deep blue stripe the paint is cracking like crazy paving when it is drying. The rest of the walls are drying fine - just this one area. Anyone any ideas why ...
