installing a 200x200 gate post with Hanson Fast Set PostFix . Will it hold ?

Hi,
I'm planning to install a gate post and wanted to know if Hanson Fast Set PostFix would do the job as I can only fine people using it to install small or at most 100x100 fence posts.

Im not sure if this helps but when we got our wood burner ( also 5KW ) the guy that installed it insisted that we got hardibacker fitted to the walls to prevent the paster from cracking, We have never had a problem so it maybe worth getting some fitted.

Thanks for the replay, the wall defiantly has no cavities and it looks like someone just put a light skim over the wall, its paper thin at some points. I know this may seem like a stupid question but is it worth stripping the plaster off first before I make a batten frame for the plaster bored ? wil...
