I think you will find the 165 degree hinge should be enough to clear the curtain pole and window sill, these people seem to do a reasonably priced one, it's H068B half way down the page.

Hi What you need to make it neat for the top hinge is a hook to screw pin, you could also use it for the bottom hinge instead of the hook plates that came with it like this one: m or hook on plate like this one: m you could also use them for the bottom hinge instead of the hook plates that came with...

I think you will find that this 1 should do the trick as it works on the same principle but is a slightly more modern variation:
