Cable Size and Amp Rating Identification

It's easy enough to find size of cable for a particular rating, but what I want to know is - what is the rating of this cable ? Somewhere there OUGHT to be a table of sizes vs. rating, but I've not been able to find one. The only tables talk about e.g. 2.5 mm for ring main cables - OK in theory, but...
