Hi All. Five months ago I had fitted Oak Skirting and Architrave in my living room and hallway. It is now turning black in both locations (see pics). There were no previous signs of damp in my bungalow with concrete floors and there are no signs of damp on my wallpaper or flooring. What is the issue...
