Re: recessed ceiling lights and roof insulation
NHBC say it is OK to cover ceiling lights with two layers of roof insulation,
even if this means lack of ventilation.
Continuity of the insulation is more important.
NICEIC says this is not so.
WHO is right ????

Roof insulation
NHBC say it is OK to overlay ceiling lights that do not have a back cover, with two layers of roofing insulation.
NICEIC say it is not.
WHO is right ?
