Thanks Guys. I am not sure what you mean by bypass, but the rad has a TRV on it and can be shut off at present if required. I have just plumbed in a complete bathroom and toilet room , so I'm reasonably confident , and have lots of freeze spray :wink: Many thanks for the prompt replies fella's

replacing bathroom rad

Hi , I am replacing my old bathroom rad with a heated towel rail. Is it absolutly imperative that I drain down my system prior to the swap over or can I use freeze spray onthe pipes? My heating system is a 20yr old oil Worcester boiler , and my system is vented(at leat i think it is , it has header ...
