sorry to say but it sounds like the cold spots are simply areas where no pipes were laid. Was the floor properly insulated? if it was then I would be suprised if you had any "cold" areas.

I am just about to embark on this conversion - we have full pp but are resubmitting as we want some minor changes. The site is totally derelict with only water on site at present.
