Hi, I have a sparking carbon brush on my Hel 700 so need to change it. Problem is I cannot see any way to remove the old one without bending bits of metal (which I am reluctant to do). If anyone has any ideas on this, I would be most grateful!
So, I was totally wrong then! Moved the thermostat up and then back down again and now we have heating water. Some very dark magic going on there I think but thanks very much, you saved me a lot of hassle and money. Pete
