I'm thinking of buying a house, but a survey has turned up a small bulge in the gable end wall. They're recommending Insert tie bars at first floor ceiling level. 2No ties, placed 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 along the gable are required. The bars should be drilled through the full thickness of the wall and anchor...

Hi.
My garage is wired for power and lights from the house, my shed is about 10m further away. Is it possible to wire the shed from the garage, or does it have to come from the house?
