Not sure which is better. we have a separate toilet with the bathroom (sink and bath with a plumbed in shower) next door. The neighbours have knocked theirs through to make one larger bathroom and also to included a shower cubicle. It does make the bathroom larger but if someone needs the toilet they take up the whole bathroom instead of using just the separate toilet. I also suppose you could say with a toilet on its' own if someone else is in the bathroom where do you wash you hands?
Any advice?
