We recently have had repairs done to our roof and guttering.Costs are split 3 ways for repairs in a converted house (3 flats) except for a few items.

Would the triangular section above a dormer window be considered part of the roof or part of the window????

Cost for roof repair is shared whereas cost for window repair is individual.
