Hi,
I've been trying to install a new washing machine. All went well until I ran a short test program and it failed with an error message saying the machine was not draining properly.
I looked in the end of the drain hose and saw a black plastic object in there that was blocking the pipe. But it looks like it should be there, it's exactly the right size to fit the pipe.
I can't get it out unless I cut the pipe. But should it be there???
