Hi, we live in a new flat and kept noticing water in the shower tray when we'd been out all day. I have now seen water falling for about five seconds lightly when our neighbour above has his shower.
The builders say it is not possible to be leaking through so must be excess water from ours coming through from the vibration. After we've used ours I have tapped and shaken the head and nothing falls out so I'm not so sure.
It's a waterfall shower.
What are your thoughts, ever heard of this?
