Hi ppl,

I am about to scout for prices for a hip roof on a single storey extension i am having constructed. The dimensuions are as follows;

Width 5m.
Length 3.8m.
Height ( from wall to to pitch top ) 1m.

I have no idea about figures (Costs). I would appreciate it if anybody could offer a rough estimate of costs including materials and labour. I appreciate this is a open estimate, but i would appreciate any figures based on previous or current knowledge..

I would say trusses for your building would cost between 300 and 400 pounds. Not sure about labour
