soil pipe in conservatory

IM WANTING a conservatory lean to, but i have a soil vent pipe in the midle of proposed build, i dont want it to penatrate building ,can i use a air admitance valve, and have a separate vent pipe two the manhole which can be outside building, its a bungalow,further down on the property there is another manhole to sewer there is i vent stack in that place,can any one please advise .

Generally, each property only needs one vent stack which should be at the beginning of the pipe run.

If you fit an aav, it must be at least 200mm above the height of the toilet bowl rim.
