Spray-paint chrome table legs

Post by renateb » Fri Jul 18, 2008 11:04 am

I have a nice expensive table with marble top that I want to turn from indoor to outdoor use. The top is no problem but the shiny chrome legs are. What paint should I use and how do I go about it? I'd like to achieve a matt finish in either silver or black.

I'd use something like Hammerite paint that is designed to work well out doors. Make sure you give the chrome a sand over to roughen it up enough so that the paint will key to it properly.
