start from scratch ?

hi i live in a 1880 granite built house and the kitchen plaster is totaly blown so im getting ready to strip the whole kitchen back to the stone work once this is done what is the best way forward plaster board or plaster staight on the wall which ever what is the best process and the correct steps ?

There is actually not much difference in cost Chris so if you are doing it yourself go with the way you feel most comfortable with. If not get at least two quotes for each method. We prefer wet finishing as it is so much easier to fix anything to shelves, TVs, units etc) later.
