Struggling to Find Replacement Bathroom Extractor fan Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I have had to remove a bathroom extractor fan while decorating with the intention to replace it with a new one due to it no longer working and now being a horrible yellow colour. The hole is 180mm x 180mm square and now I'm struggling to find a replacement. All the ones I've found wouldn't even fit in the hole let alone cover it. Does anyone know where I can find a suitable replacement? Thank you.
