Hi
I need to install an T shaped stud wall (timber) with 2 doors to create 2 bedrooms. I am considering doing this myself although I will need a plumber to put a new radiator into one of the bedrooms. The house was build around 1900's and has a cured ceiling / wall joint i.e. not a right angle and I am not sure how to deal with this when inserting the ceiling plate. There are 3 sites I need to deal with.
I was considering boxing it out but not sure how to do this. Is there any other way to deal with the curve when installing the stud wall?
I would like to do this project myself as I want to soundproof and reinstall picture rails etc.
Any advice would be appreciated. thanks
