Just had a bathroom re-furbished by a local builder, and he didn't fit a dergo valve and there is no external soil stack, so when you shower/empty the bath, the other traps syphon and let a foul smell in.
Problems.
1. New laminate floor layed so cannot lift floor to get to pipe run.
2 Claw foot bath, so only a shallow p trap.
3 SHower tray with low waste
4 Toilet waste goes straight into an elbow then downstairs to connect to the loo down there.
Does anyone have any suggestions to how I can fit a airvent without pulling up all the floors?
