Hi

I have a basement which I have tanked and on 3 walls all is fine. However on one wall the tanking has started to crack and blow coming away from the brick.

I removed all the old paint etc and got down to the brick (what a job!) and applied Sika SBR Bond+.

Could this be causing the issue?

In terms of background I didnt have a massive problem no running water etc but the bricks were damp and I had a condensation issue for which I have now added ventilation.
