TOILET FLUSH

by ALJO » Sun Aug 16, 2009 12:13 pm

I had a new toilet pan installed, now find it can take as many as six flushes to remove the waste product.
I think the toilet outlet is too low in relation to the soil pipe.,but have been told nothing can be done.
your advice would be welcome.

Does it provide a good flush ? good amount of water, is the cistern full ?

If the toilet connection is lower than the soil pipe connection - then there's your problem you will have to raise the toilet pan to get it to flush.
