I know this has been asked before in many forms, but here goes again.
I’m running cold water, hot water and gas beneath my kitchen floor (2 meter run). I currently have the concrete up as previous owner had run gas copper pipe just buried in the concrete (shocking).
Anyhow, I therefore want to run four individual 15mm pipes beneath the floor. Floor will be tiled when complete.
I understand that the pipes should be in a duct and be accessible.
I can do this, but it’s not so easy to have a duct where all 4 pipes are accessible and I don’t want the entire floor with lots of ducts etc.
So, assuming I limit the amount of joints etc, isn’t it OK to wrap the pipes in Denso tape and bury at the bottom of the concrete floor (5â€
