After reconnecting the cystern to the mains pipe I looked inside the cysten to find that the Tobeck Vavle had turned jamming the ballcock against the side of the cystern. I dont want to start twisting things about incase I damage something. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem???

Hi Thats an easy one just loosen off your valve at the inlet and turn it a bit to free it retighten it and your done , hope this helps
