Trouble with hot water tap Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Hi all, when i switch on the hot water tap water flows normaly till the water warmts, then the tap slows without toutching it so much that the boiler shut off and the water runs cold. I asume it's the tap inners, if so can you buy spares . The tap is just a standard type of tap, your help please

This is far from an unusual occurrence. Try replacing the washer. It is simply caused by the internal parts of the tap expanding in the hot water. You may possibly find you cannot cure it.
